MailBox Makeover & HOA Meeting

Knox Springs Residents,

Last week you received a newsletter and flyer about our plans to makeover the mailboxes in our community.  To make this a reality we will need your participation.  Below are a list of things that you can do to assist us with making our plan a reality.

  1. Vote for the new mailbox standards by returning your voting form during our next HOA Meeting Sunday Aug 28th at 5:30 PM at Compliments Slaon on Mableton Pkwy. The Salon is across the street from popeyes.
  2. If for some reason you are unable to attend the meeting on Sunday, please attend the conference call on Wednesday Aug 31st at 7:30 PM. CALL: 712-775-7100      ACCESS CODE: 577508#
  3. We are offsetting the cost of our mailbox makeover by performing the labor ourselves. We will need as many volunteers as possible to achieve this task. Only with your help can this project be completed. This is our neighborhood. Change can only occur if you are a change agent. Volunteer either by emailing knoxsprings@gmail.com or calling 678-685-8386
  4. Pay your mailbox fees & annual assessments.  The newsletter indicated that we are implementing a specific assessment to all homeowners to purchase necessary materials for our mailbox makeover. The sooner you pay your assessment fees the sooner we can begin our work.  If there is not a Quorum during our HOA meeting on Sunday we will accept voting forms On September 3-4 2011, in the first cul de between the hours of 5PM – 6:30PM.  This voting form pickup scheduled for Sept 3rd-4th is only a contingency plan. Please plan on attending the meeting so that this contingency plan will not be necessary. Note that the deadline for receipt of funds for our mailbox makeover is  Sept. 30th

Your community needs you and now is the time to act. A lot of work has been put into the creation of the newsletters, flyers, this website, printing, arranging meetings and confernce calls. The volunteers leading this effort are not being compensated for their work.  You can show your support by attending the meeting and letting your voice be heard. We look forward to talking with you about the plans for our community.

Thank You!
